Neoone is a brokerage management platform that enables brokers, managers, and sales agents to manage listings, client relationships, and commission workflows through a unified dashboard system.

Neoone is a digital brokerage platform designed to manage real estate operations across a multi-level broker network.
The system connects global brokers, regional brokers, managers, and sales agents within a unified ecosystem enabling listing management, customer tracking, commission distribution, and document-based sales workflows.
The project focused on building a scalable platform that supports complex organizational structures while maintaining clarity and usability across different user roles.

Brokerage operations involve multiple hierarchical roles, approval flows, and commission dependencies, making workflows difficult to manage through traditional tools.
Users needed to:
– Manage listings across different approval levels
– Track buyers, sellers, and client relationships
– Handle document uploads and listing verification
– Monitor commission structures across organizational hierarchies
Existing tools lacked a unified interface, resulting in fragmented workflows and operational inefficiencies.
The core challenge was designing a system that makes complex multi-role processes understandable and manageable.
The design approach focused on building a modular dashboard system capable of supporting multiple user roles and workflows.
Key priorities included:
– Role-based dashboards tailored to different permission levels
– Clear listing creation and approval flows
– Structured CRM interface for managing client relationships
– Transparent commission tracking across hierarchy levels
– Scalable design system to ensure consistency across the platform
Wireframes and interactive prototypes were developed to validate workflows, particularly around listing submission, approval, and document handling.
Special attention was given to information hierarchy to reduce cognitive load in data-dense operational environments.






The outcome was a scalable brokerage platform interface that streamlined listing management, CRM workflows, and multi-role operational control.
By structuring complex hierarchical relationships into clear interface patterns, Neoone improved visibility and usability across the entire broker network.
