HotelCode is a digital platform designed to streamline supply and distribution management for hotels and hospitality businesses.
Hotels rely on multiple suppliers, fragmented communication channels, and manual tracking processes to manage inventory and procurement. This often results in operational inefficiencies, delayed decisions, and limited visibility into supply workflows.
The project explored how a centralized digital system could simplify procurement, improve operational clarity, and support more efficient decision-making across hotel teams.
Supply and procurement workflows in hospitality are often fragmented and difficult to manage.
Teams lack a unified interface to track orders, monitor inventory, and coordinate with suppliers. Critical information is scattered across spreadsheets, messaging platforms, and manual records.
The core challenge was designing a system that could consolidate complex operational workflows into a clear, usable interface without increasing cognitive load.
The design approach focused on creating a structured interface that improves visibility and control across supply workflows.
Key priorities included:
– Clear hierarchy for tracking orders, inventory, and suppliers
– Dashboard-based overview to support faster operational decisions
– Scalable component system to support future product expansion
– Reduced visual complexity while preserving critical information
Wireframes and prototypes were iteratively refined based on product requirements and team feedback, ensuring usability across different operational roles.
The goal was to transform operational management from a fragmented process into a cohesive digital experience.

By consolidating operational data into a unified system, HotelCode demonstrated how interface design can reduce friction and improve efficiency in complex B2B environments.
This project strengthened my experience designing for operational tools, where clarity, hierarchy, and scalability are more critical than visual expression alone.
